lpg cylinder safety tips
Liquefied petroleum gas is a kind of combustible gas that is very easy to burn and explode. The main cause of accidents in use is the leakage of liquefied petroleum gas, which causes combustion and explosion when encountering an open flame. The common reasons are as follows:
(1) Leakage of liquefied gas caused by corrosion of steel cylinders and pipelines or aging and rupture of connecting pipes;
(2) Unqualified or broken stove equipment, or air leakage causing accidents;
(3) The cylinder is filled with excessive liquefied petroleum gas. When the ambient temperature rises, the liquefied gas in the cylinder expands violently, causing the cylinder to rupture;
(4) The liquefied petroleum gas cylinder containing the liquefied petroleum gas is close to the heat source, so that the liquefied petroleum gas in the cylinder vaporizes quickly, and the pressure increases until it exceeds the allowable pressure of the cylinder and explodes;
(5) Cylinder explosion and fire accident caused by impact;
(6) Angle valve, pressure reducer, furnace switch, and air regulating baffle fail to leak oil and gas causing accidents;
(7) Pour the bottle of liquefied gas arbitrarily, and cause static discharge or volatilized oil and gas to ignite when encountering an open flame;
(8) Unauthorized handling of residual liquid or filling gas cylinders, causing combustion and explosion.
The above is the "lpg cylinder safety tips", I hope everyone should pay attention to the above points when using liquefied gas to avoid serious problems of liquefied gas explosion. If you have other questions, please contact us in time, thank you .
